The ground floor is yours shared kitchen with myself only, You'll have access to your own fridge & freezer, and you'll also have access to a beautiful, well-kept garden. The room has its own key for privacy & there is a CCTV camera for extra security. If you have a car, l have a private driveway, but that would incur an additional cost not included with the room. All safety checks are done, annual safety gas checks have also completed and approved, Fire alarms, carbon monoxide detector installed all in working condition. Electrical annually safety checks have been carried out and approved. Neasden, is conveniently located and has a relaxed vibe with a good multi culture mix. Super store Asdas, Lidl, including bars and restaurants, are walking distance. Living arrangements: Very quite household, I don’t receive visitors much, mostly only my grown-up son who visits occasionally with my grandchild. I am looking for a single, easy-going, mature professional, ideally female, but open to males. Non-homeworker, who like myself is clean & quiet.
