Our lovely second bedroom is available to rent soon- available from 15 April 2024 and includes all bills. 

You’d be living with my partner (Jemima) and I (Freddie). We are both 31 and professionals (Headhunter/Lawyer). We both work a few days at home and the rest at the office. We’re very friendly, kind and sociable people.

The flat has two bedrooms (we have the Master bedroom) and is on the ground floor. It’s lovely, modern and spacious and has a large open plan kitchen and living area that is the heart of the flat. 

The living area is alongside the kitchen and has large bay windows that give a lot of natural light. The living area is furnished with comfy sofa, chairs, bookshelves and TV unit. 
We have super-fast internet, a full SKY TV package (Inc SKY sport and SKY cinema) as well as the majority of streaming apps on our TV (eg Netflix/ Amazon Prime). 
The flat has a shared family bathroom with a large power shower, white decor and under sink storage. 
The property also has a spacious and sunny communal garden at the rear. It includes a large garden table and chair set, BBQ, washing lines and ample outdoor storage (adding a secure space for a bike would be very simple if needed). 

The bedroom for rent has a double bed, desk and chair and clothes rail included and looks out onto the garden so gets amazing natural light. 
The room is available from 15 April 2024 and we are open to Short Term and Long Term lets.
